Location
Located in western South America. Peru has a total extension of 280,000 km2. It has a population of 32.97 million people.
Currency
The "sol" is the official currency of Peru.
Lenguage
Spanish is the most widely spoken language in Peru, however it is not the only official language of this country. The languages of origin with the largest number of speakers are Quechua, Aymara, Asháninka and Awajún.

1.Machu Picchu, Cusco
It is an ancient Inca city that is located in the heart of the Peruvian Andes. It has the most impressive Inca architecture. The city houses innumerable stone buildings, among which stand out: la Casa del Guardián, la Plaza Sagrada, el Reloj Solar, el Templo del Sol, el Templo del Cóndor, la Roca Sagrada, etc.
2.Valle del Colca, Arequipa
It is one of the deepest canyons in the world. It has thermal baths and a viewpoint called Cruz del Cóndor.
3.Choquequireao, Cusco
The archaeological park of Choquequirao is considered the last Inca refuge, because the last Incas who resisted the Spanish invasion took refuge here. It stands out for its complexes of buildings, platforms, temples, water sources and residential areas that are distributed among the mountains.
4.Nazca Line,Ica
The Nazca Lines are a group of ancient geoglyphs etched into the desert sand. They are located in the Nazca Valley, Palpa Valley and in the Jumana desert.
5.Kuelap, Amazonas
It is a pre-Inca citadel walled with stone blocks. It was built by the Chachapoyas culture (800 AD to 1470 AD). The citadel has a stone wall 20 meters high and has three entrance gates.
6.National Reserve of Paracas and Ballestas Islands, Ica
It is an important tourist destination, which is located on the coast of Paracas, where you can enjoy beach tourism, adventure activities.
7.Paracas National Reserve
It is a protected area where marine ecosystems (marine fauna and guano birds) from the cold waters of the Humboldt Current in the Pacific Ocean are preserved.
8.Ballestas Island
They are a set of islands and rock formations that are located half an hour from the coast of Paracas. These islands are home to thousands of guano birds and marine species: sea lions, Humboldt penguins, pelicans, sea lions, sea lions, etc.
